Jawbox First (and only) Performance in 12 Years

Had the amazing opportunity last night to attend the very brief reunion of one of my favorite all-time bands, Jawbox. Reforming to just play Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, we got to see them perform their classic “Savory.” During rehearsal they also played “FF=66″ and “68.” See all the performances embedded below and make sure to grab the recently reissued and remastered classic For Your Own Special Sweetheart out on Desoto/Dischord.

I've been doing scissorkick for over a decade now -- in one form or another. Unfortunately there's years of it sitting in cyberspace that I couldn't move from blogger to wordpress 4 years ago. I should post more often, but it's always been more about quality than quantity. It's a love affair that takes less than it gives back and that's mostly thanks to you.
