Scissorkick.com was born within the second wave of music blogs in the late 1990s and is guided by a soundtrack to one mode of contemporary living here in NYC. It is proudly genre-agnostic and on a continuous search for new independent rock and electronic music.
“How could I not know about this shit, when it’s being done right here in my backyard?” My guess is that the secret bunker lab that these guys work their sonic experiments in is somehow off the grid.

I actually haven’t heard the original yet, but it’s always exciting when a Four Tet remix actually hits the mark and this one surely does.
