[...] New Music Friday: Twenty-Seventh Edition Ok, quick refresher course in New Music Friday: I link to posts, those posts link to music. You click-through to the posts below, and then download the music. Ready?Let's ride: First up this week, An Aquarium Drunkard has a track by Ann Peebles, saying "Deep down you know this Memphis soul sister sings the only song you need to listen to today." I'm going to respectfully disagree with my deep-down feeling, and keep posting free music. Assembly Now on MOKB. Rock out to this Camp Lo track, thanks to GorillavsBear. Despite the Seattle rain, I can still appreciate this Sunny Day in Glasgow Track, posted by Brooklyn Vegan. You all might now how much I love covers. You Ain't No Picasso has Cold War Kids covering Tom Waits. Stereogum has two tracks from Irish one-man-band-and-phenom Simple Kid. Saying, "The Comas are all about the 90s," 3hive has seven of their songs. Joan as Policewoman (cool name, amazing music) has a track at I Rock Cleveland. Check out this Washington Social Club track, over at Music for Robots. Scissorkick has a track from Athens, Georgia's Maserati. Go to Fluxblog for a Long Blondes track and an Amerie track. For hip hop fans out there, Different Kitchen has a pair of Lil Mama tracks. And last but certainly not least, Fluxblog posts a bunch of tracks, including one by Urge Overkill. Ok, enjoy the music and have a great weekend everybody! | Friday, June 15, 2007 10:49 PM | 0 Comments Tags: new music, MP3, Friday [...]

finally, some new music! good choice. on my own i listen to a lot of instrumental rock, and have found things that may be of interest to you. i like to listen to guitarists with accompaniment, so i enjoy mattias ia eklundh, buckethead, and for my metal side, michael angelo batio.

Great track! Reminds me a bit of some earlier Tristeza, just with a bit more bite on the guitars.

Maserati's "Synchronicity"...it eats like a meal.
